Consolidated approach to Mobility aggregators- The New Guidelines. The shared mobility sector in India is undergoing a significant evolution, marked by a surge in demand for varied and adaptable transportation options like bike-sharing, electric vehicles (EVs), and auto-rickshaw services and resulting in a booming revolution adding to the employment as well. In order to offer a level playing field to all stakeholders, to give a boost to the EV ecosystem, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has introduced the Motor Vehicles Aggregator Guidelines, 2025 on July 1st, 2025, to regulate this emerging landscape.
