Anti Dumping Delay challenged

The Bombay High Court has issued notice in a writ petition challenging the Central Government's inaction in implementing the recommendations of the Designated Authority for the imposition of anti-dumping duty. 

While refraining from granting immediate interim relief, the Court clarified that the pendency of the writ petition would not prevent the authorities from undertaking provisional assessment or taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
