CESTAT dismissed revenue appeal on monetary limit

The Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai, by its order dated 10 July 2026, dismissed four appeals filed by the Revenue against Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. The Tribunal held that each appeal involved disputed service tax below the monetary threshold of ₹60 lakh prescribed under the CBIC Instruction dated 6 August 2024 and was therefore not maintainable.
