CESTAT Grants CENVAT Refund on Exported Advisory Services

The Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai, held that investment advisory services provided to a foreign recipient against payment in convertible foreign exchange constituted export of services under the Export of Service Rules, 2005.
