GST order SetAside

The Allahabad High Court set aside a GST adjudication order passed under Section 73(9) of the U.P. GST Act after finding a clear breach of natural justice. 

Since the date fixed for personal hearing coincided with the deadline for filing the reply, the Court held that the assessee had been denied a meaningful opportunity to defend its case and directed fresh adjudication after granting adequate hearing.
