GST Revocation opportunity given

The Telangana High Court granted liberty to a taxpayer to apply for revocation of cancellation of GST registration that had been cancelled for non-filing of returns for six consecutive months. 

The Court directed the proper officer to entertain and decide the application in accordance with law, even if it had to be submitted physically owing to technical difficulties on the GST portal.
