IRP Misconduct Sanctioned

The matter arose from disciplinary proceedings initiated by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India against Mr. Sachin Naveen Sinha, an Insolvency Professional, pursuant to Show Cause Notice No. COMP-11012/169/2025-IBBI dated 26 February 2026. 

The proceedings culminated in Order No. IBBI/DC/322/2026 dated 8 June 2026 passed by the Disciplinary Committee of the IBBI. The controversy originated from the CIRP of M/s Virata Exports Private Limited, admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench on 12 April 2023. 

The NCLT subsequently expressed serious concerns regarding the conduct of the Interim Resolution Professional and referred the matter to the IBBI for appropriate action.
