ITAT says Manual Form 26A Filing Cannot Defeat TDS Relief

Rashmi Singh had not deducted TDS on a property purchase, but the seller had already paid the tax and a CA-certified Form 26A was furnished. ITAT held that filing the form manually rather than electronically could not defeat the statutory relief and deleted the ₹1.15 lakh demand.
