Karnataka HC says IBC Disputes Between Resolution Professionals Belong Before NCLT

A Resolution Professional of Byju's K3 approached the Karnataka High Court seeking to halt the proposed sale of assets by the Resolution Professional of Think & Learn. The Court held that, with the NCLT already seized of the matter and the assets being in custodia legis, the dispute had to be pursued before the NCLT and not through parallel writ proceedings.
