Mapping ADD Process in UK US and Australia

Anti-Dumping Frameworks — US, UK & Australia—Part IV of the V Part Series on Anti Dumping Duties. While the process and mapping of the way the Anti-dumping duties are sought to be imposed in India was earlier released, this paper seeks to analyse the framework of ADD investigation in three other jurisdictions namely the US, UK and Australia. The idea of this paper by J the App by JustIDT is to give a flavour of the basic framework of the process.
