MCA Extends Companies Compliance Scheme to 15 September

MCA has extended CCFS-2026 for a further period of 15 days, from its earlier closing date of 31 August 2026 to 15 September 2026. The extension follows representations from stakeholders and provides companies another opportunity to regularise pending statutory filings under the scheme.
